Utility locates confirmed. BC 1 Call and any private locates are requested and cleared before any digging or trenching begins — no exceptions.

Site hazard assessment. The owner walks the site to flag slopes, soil conditions, overhead lines, and access constraints specific to the property.

Shoring & slope plan set. Trench depth and soil type determine whether we shore, slope, or bench — decided before anyone works near the excavation.

Neighbouring property protected. Fencing, erosion control, and access routes are planned so surrounding property and public areas stay protected through the job.
